At Mexicana, we make it a point of honour to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible, with care and transparency.

France: Colissimo Pick-up Point or Colissimo Home Delivery
European Union: DHL
International: FedEx
Dispatch times
Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 working days
European Union: 3 to 7 working days
United States & International: 5 to 10 working days*
*Delivery times may vary depending on customs formalities.
Delivery fees
France: Free delivery from €200 — For any order shipped within Metropolitan France that does not reach this amount, shipping fees are €7.90 for home delivery and €5.90 for delivery to a pick-up point.
European Union: Free delivery from €200 — For any order shipped within the EU that does not reach this amount, shipping fees are €7.90.
International (outside the EU): Shipping fees for international orders are calculated automatically according to the destination country.
Order tracking
Once your parcel has been dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to you with a real-time tracking link.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return or exchange.
Exchange
- Send us an email at online@mexicana.fr with your order number, the model and the desired size.
- We will send you a prepaid return label (France only).
- In the event of a price difference, an advisor will contact you.
Refund
- Send an email to online@mexicana.fr stating that you would like a refund.
- Return the product at your own expense to the following address:

The refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days after receipt of the parcel and inspection of the returned item.
Return conditions
Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with tags intact.
Late or non-compliant returns may be refused.
Return shipping costs are payable by the customer, except for exchanges in France.
