Care for smooth leather boots

To preserve the beauty and quality of your smooth leather boots, regular care is essential.
Start by gently removing dust and dirt using a soft brush or a slightly damp cloth. Then, allow them to air dry away from heat sources.
Next, apply a suitable leather conditioner to nourish the leather and maintain its suppleness. Once the product has been absorbed, apply a neutral or color-matched shoe cream, then buff gently with a soft cloth.
Finally, protect your boots with a silicone-free waterproofing and stain-repellent spray. This last step helps preserve the leather and provides everyday protection!

Suede boot care

Suede requires some special care to maintain its soft, velvety finish.
Apply a waterproofing and stain-repellent protector to new boots.
To clean them, gently brush the boots with a suede-appropriate brush to remove dust and dirt.
Store your boots in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from dampness and direct light, which can cause the color to fade. If your boots get wet, gently blot up excess water with a clean towel and allow the suede to air-dry at room temperature. Never use a heat source to speed up the drying process.
Once the boots are completely dry, use a suede brush to lift the fibers and restore their velvety texture.

Care for exotic skin boots

Exotic leathers are delicate materials that require specific care to preserve their texture, luster, and finish.
Begin by gently removing dust and dirt with a slightly damp cloth or a soft brush, taking care not to rub too vigorously.
Next, apply a care product specifically designed for exotic leathers in thin, even layers. Allow the product to absorb between applications to nourish the leather without overloading it.
To revive the shine, you can use a neutral finishing cream or one that matches the leather's color, then gently buff with a soft cloth.
Finish by applying a protective product suitable for exotic leathers to help them resist moisture and stains. Before use, it is recommended to test the product on a small, inconsistent area.

Repairs / Fitting of protective pads

After wearing your boots for 3 to 4 weeks, we recommend having a protective sole guard fitted. This helps preserve the sole, minimize wear, and improve traction to prevent slipping. We advise visiting a professional cobbler to have these fitted.
We do not offer repair or similar services directly. Due to the specific design and construction of our boots, we recommend using a professional cobbler for any necessary repairs or maintenance. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or require further information. Our team will be happy to assist you!

Cleaning

Regular care is essential to extend the lifespan of your boots and maintain their appearance. Start by gently removing dust and dirt with a brush.
If your boots have been exposed to moisture, allow them to air-dry at room temperature. Avoid heat sources and direct sunlight, which could alter or fade the color.
Once the leather is clean and completely dry, apply a suitable nourishing treatment to maintain its suppleness. However, be careful not to use excessive amounts of oil or wax, as this can trap dust, clog the leather's pores, and actually cause it to dry out.
When storing your boots, choose a dry, well-ventilated area away from moisture to allow the leather to breathe. Finally, applying a waterproofing and stain-resistant protector is recommended. Always test the product on a small, inconspicuous area and wait about 24 hours before applying it to the entire boot.
